I cannot log in to my Gmail account on my desktop. The page keeps flashing and never stops refreshing. I can access it through my Blackberry, but not on my desktop. My internet works fine for other sites. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I have a Dell 'studio' 17" laptop that I purchased a little over a year ago. The connecting cable which recharges the battery pulled apart where the black part meets the blue light part. Now I am without the power to recharge my battery, and it stands at 29 percent charged. I need to replace the cable for the least cost possible.

I have Roxio Record Now Music Lab 10 software and it tells me that the serial number is invalid. The key appears to be entered correctly. I have my invoice and the e-mail from the purchase of the software with me. How can I get the software installed and running?
