We have had no internet since yesterday. Our router has a green light steady and a red light flashing. We live in Davidson, NC, and our account number is 311761222. We are not tech-savvy and have tried rebooting the router. Our neighbors with AT&T have no issues, and we suspect our router might be faulty. Can we get a new router or a technician to fix the issue by this Friday?

Is there a service outage in Durango, or is something wrong with my phone? I can't call or text, and my phone is an Apple model (iPhone 7 or 8) with T-Mobile service. The issue started this afternoon, and I haven't tried anything specific yet.
