I have a problem with the games I play where I cannot control the cursor with the mouse. When I get to the upper portion of the screen, the cursor won't go further unless I give it a strong shove, which causes me to lose the game. I have tried shutting down the computer for 24 hours but it didn't help. How can I fix this issue?
