We were informed that our order for Emma Canas at 1150 E New York St. Long Beach CA 90813 was delivered on October 24 at 1:48 pm, but upon checking the building's video, no such delivery was made on that date and time. Please provide us with a photo of the delivery, and note that the package should have been delivered to the door. Additionally, where can we check the order status for an order made at Victoria's Outlet?
