I was mistakenly charged multiple times for $63.31 and $66.97 by DecoupageNapkins.com. I need one of the $63.33 charges and the $66.97 charge removed. Additionally, I was initially told it would cost $1.00 but was charged $46.00. I need these charges reversed and will be contacting my credit card holder to dispute them if necessary.

I had to close my old Google account due to fraud and started a new one. My photos were saved on my old account. How can I retrieve and transfer my photos to my new account without using the old account, and set up a new monthly payment to save them?
