I bought a Lenovo Yoga 730-13IKB a few months ago. When I switch it on, the screen starts to flicker after a few seconds and then goes black shortly after. I live outside the USA. Can I send it for repair?

I tried to sign in, but the password is no longer valid. I changed the password, but I received a code via voice that I don't know where it was sent to, and it wasn't my phone.
