I have a Compaq Presario 900 that will not boot up. The battery supplies power to the fans as I can see them spin. I get no sign of the video (no blinking cursor). Is there a way to troubleshoot if the problem is the LCD screen or possibly the built-in video? Memory and hard drive have both been verified as working.
