When calling to Ukraine, why does Skype skip the initial '0' in the area code '050' and dial '50' instead? This issue only occurs with numbers starting with '050', and I don't have any problems with other numbers like '062' or '095'. My internet connection is fine, and I haven't installed any recent updates.

I just bought a new HP OfficeJet 4652. After unpacking, removing the cardboard insert, tape, and installing ink cartridges, the screen is showing messages about removing packaging and document jams or needing cleaning. I found no other documents regarding cleaning the feeder. What should I do?

I cannot locate my email icon for ***@******.***. I have had issues with scam operators from Pakistan and other foreign countries, so I don't want to do business with them.
