When I choose Kindle, I need an Amazon password, which I don't seem to know. I get a 'code' but then what? I'm using an Acer Windows 10 device that's a couple of months old. This issue started tonight, and I've been guessing at the Amazon password. I just want to be able to read my books on the Kindle for PC app.

I don't remember my password and they can't text me a new one because I don't have a phone. I last reset my username and password today after clicking 'forget password'. I haven't logged on over 5 months ago. I share the computer with my mother and she might have installed updates, possibly including Windows 8. Is there anything else I should know before proceeding?

I am trying to install my MagicJack Go, but it is not registering the number that was used on the old MagicJack Plus. The number is not switching over, and it is assigning a new number to my home line. I thought it was supposed to automatically switch the info over. What should I do?

When I click on Chrome, I have 4 tabs from the Allen Park Library that I must close before I can get to Google and enter the site I want to search. How do I get rid of those tabs?
