When I click on some pages, they open as a black page with the tab name followed by (1x1). This happens on my Lenovo ThinkPad 20RR running Windows 11 Pro, primarily using Chrome but also on other browsers, especially when accessing my ads management section in Pinterest or Facebook. What could be causing this issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I no longer have my 8-digit code for two-factor authentication on Instagram and am unable to reset my password because of it. Is there any way to retrieve the code or remove the two-factor authentication so I can access my account?

I am trying to update my Messenger account on my Galaxy 5 phone by 30 November, but I encountered an error during the update process and haven't received a response since. I am not on Facebook and have tried to reset my Messenger account password four times without success. I can still receive messages but cannot reply to them. What should I do to resolve this issue?
