I am using Microsoft Outlook with 708 days remaining on my contract. When I check for new emails, it shows 5 new messages, but only 2 appear, and I suspect the others went to Junk Email. However, I can't open the Junk Email folder because there is a red circle with a cross in it. My manual is for Version 7.0, and I am not familiar with the technical jargon in Kaspersky Version 2010. Could one of the 27 Specialists online now kindly correct my computer settings so I can open my Junk Email box?
