When I send emails with attachments, the attachments don't go through. Is my computer running Windows XP or Vista? Is this an ongoing issue? Who is my ISP or Email provider? What mail program am I using (Windows Mail, Outlook, Outlook Express)? What happens when I try to send an attachment? Does the person just receive it with a red x in the corner, or do they not receive the attachment at all? How large are the attachments? Could it be a problem with basic email as opposed to standard email? Are they only having a problem when I send attachments from AOL Webmail, or when I send attachments from other emails as well? Are the attachments that I am sending larger than 16MB?

My Facebook account password was changed without my knowledge, and I am unable to log in. I believe the email and phone number linked to the account have also been changed. I tried to recover the account using the 'Forgot Password' option, but the codes sent to my email and phone number did not arrive. Additionally, the original email associated with the account now shows that it does not exist. What steps can I take to regain access to my account?
