When I want to print a page, the paper goes through but does not print on the top or bottom of the page. I am connecting to my printer via USB, and I bought the unit in mid-September without updating the printer driver software. I put a printed paper in the upper manual section and it printed right away. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
