When ordering goods and services online, some order forms request that I repeat my email address. Sometimes, when I type my email address the second time, I get a " instead of an @, which spoils the whole process. What is going wrong? Do I need a new keyboard or is it something inside the computer?

I've set up Skype for the first time on two computers in my household using the same phone number but different accounts. I can't hear audio from one computer during video calls, but the other way around works fine. Is it because I'm using the same phone number for both accounts, and if so, how can I change or edit one of the numbers?
