Where was my package delivered? I have checked my order and account, and the address is correct. The courier service is USPS, but they have no record of my package. I have the tracking number AG552531158CN, but it only shows that the label has been printed. I have contacted the courier service and Clearocomert, but I can't get any answers. The Clearocomert website is reportedly fraudulent, and I can't cancel my order because I keep being told the package was delivered. Additionally, I did not authorize a $46.00 charge by your company to my credit card.

My ATT Direct TV does not have a signal. Have you tried unplugging your modem and router for 1-2 minutes, then plugging them back in? Are other devices able to connect to the same network? Is your TV within range of the router? Have there been any recent disruptions to your network? Is there anything else the TV Expert should know before I connect you?
