Why can't I install Windows Media Player on my computer? I have Windows 7 and an HP computer with an ASUS motherboard. I used to have Windows 10 but had to replace the hard drive and now have Windows 7. I've tried downloading WMP12 but it won't install, only allowing me to save the file.

I am using Office 10 on a Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10. After a Windows update, my HP OfficeJet 200 printer no longer prints. Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer through the 'Devices and Printers' menu does not resolve the issue. The Surface Pro and OfficeJet 200 are less than a month old and are used daily for field sales. How can I fix this issue?

My son-in-law gave me a computer, and I need to wipe out his name and password to be able to use it. He forgot the password. Could we wipe out this and start from new? I am having trouble accessing the internet to use it. The computer is an HP Pavilion.

I have a new ASUS VIVOBOOK x54ua. The fan has a grating noise that I dislike. Can I change fan settings to fix this or is there something else I can do, or am I stuck with this noise?
