Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) can't read CD/DVD discs. My CD/DVD drives don't work (read or write), even though Windows sees them as working. I've tried reloading the drives and updating software, but the issue persists. Music discs are read incorrectly, showing only one track that isn't playable. Is it a virus, and what can I do to fix this?

I need to send a mailing to a few of our customers. Before Office 2010, I could do this using Microsoft Works Suite 2004 & Word. With Word 2010, I cannot get the mailing list transferred to Word to make labels/address envelopes. How can I resolve this issue?

My Slingbox Solo is connected and streaming, but there is no picture. I have reset the Slingbox, checked the connections, and ensured the internet is active. Both lights on the Slingbox are steady, and the Slingbox software indicates a connection. Could there be a problem with the IR on the cable box?

The website 'http://newsmoneycentral.msn.com/' became unavailable on July 29, 2011. This site provided stock market updates every 30 minutes. The message on the website indicated technical problems or a new address. I loved this site and had it set as my homepage. What's going on?
