My HP OfficeJet Pro p015e printer continually disconnects from the software despite showing a strong Wi-Fi signal. I'm using a 2021 27" Mac OS 13 computer, and this issue has been ongoing since I bought the printer six months ago. I've already tried rebooting my entire system, including the router, and resetting the printer. What could be causing this issue, and how can I prevent it from happening again?

I switched companies and need temporary access to my old Koodo number to get into my business social media accounts. I was using an iPhone and had accounts on Instagram. The number was on my mom's account, and she was told they couldn't help her without speaking directly to me. I'm not logged into my account on any other devices.
