The credit card for a recurring bill is not valid. I am trying to enter a new credit card number, but it won’t let me. This has been going on for two days. I tried completing the JustAnswer form and my Bank of America card declined payment for suspicious activity. I want to update my Microsoft card on file which is incorrect. What should I do?
