I bought the Office 7 disc and have tried several times to install it on my Compaq Presario CQ56 laptop, but it won't show up after installation. I get no icon for Microsoft Office, and my Excel files won't open. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I've been playing Pinochle on Yahoo for years. Yesterday and today, I can't get past the selection of levels to play (Beginners, Intermediate, etc.). All I get is a blank white screen. I went to my Norton and had it scan my computer for any problems, but I still get stalled after selecting a level. Please help.

I have a problem with my Windows Live Mail (WLM) where all messages have vanished, but the folders remain, and the disk space is consistent with the previous size. I have checked the pop3 accounts and the virus program is Microsoft Security Essentials. What could be causing this issue and what steps can I take to recover the messages?

I was working in Lotus Smartsuite 9.8.1 and had a completed 2011 file. I opened a blank worksheet for 2012 beside the 2011 file, hit File Save, and the 2011 file disappeared, leaving me with two blank 2012 files. Can the 2011 file be recovered?

I was downloading the update for Hughesnet Status bar and it locked up all the icons at the bottom of the screen. I called Hughesnet and they told me the download is not compatible with Windows 10 and I would need to contact you to unlock it. My computer is a Dell and I'm not sure if I installed any updates recently. How can I resolve this issue?
