I have been using flash.net for years and recently upgraded to Windows 10. Since then, I have had trouble accessing my email. My DVD player won't play a movie and says it's in the registry error 19. My computer is also locked up and won't complete a system restore. I want to revert back to Windows 7, but it's past the allowed time frame. What can I do to fix these issues?

I had a 32-bit Compaq Presario CQ5110Y with 32-bit Vista installed on the hard drive. I removed the hard drive and placed it in a 64-bit Dell OptiPlex 9600 as the only drive and bootable drive. On power-up, Vista could not start and went to startup repair and will not boot normally. What am I doing wrong, haven't done, or need to do?
