He won't eat his normal food, is uncoordinated, and has lost his balance. Could these issues be related to the cortisone shot, a seizure, or something else? What should I do to help him?

My dog, Farley, has diarrhea and his ears are warm to the touch. He is up to date on his shots but due in a month. He also has a 6 cm tumor in his chest that he's been managing well. I've been treating him with mussel powder and Devil's claw for the tumor. He's still drinking and eating, but he pooped again about 2 hours after dinner. How long has this diarrhea been going on, and could it be related to him swimming in the river and drinking water on Friday and Saturday?
