My dog, Rocco, a 12 or 13-year-old West Highland Terrier, started acting strangely on December 28th after being with family members. He became disoriented, had a shallow and fast breathing with wheezing, stopped eating and drinking, and vomits shortly after consuming anything. He also seems unable to put weight on his front foot, which doesn't appear to cause him pain. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
