My dog, Buddy, is passing a small amount of blood in his stool intermittently for a couple of weeks. He drinks his normal amount of water and has not vomited or lost weight. He has eaten people food recently, but I have stopped giving him that and only feed him dog food. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Recently, the scabs have increased in number, and there is a slight discharge that hardens. Lady is scratching and rubbing the affected areas, and her eyes are discharging more than usual.
