A 6-8 month old puppy, part Shepherd and Rhodesian Ridgeback, has been vomiting since this morning and isn't holding anything down after being given omeprazole. The owner found a chewed-up pool noodle in the backyard and is unsure if it's the cause. What should be done to help the puppy, and how can they identify if there's a blockage?

My 9-pound, 5-month-old Miniature Schnauzer named Luna ate a piece of random kibble she found on the ground. I tried to induce vomiting with my finger but she didn't throw up.
