A 9-week-old puppy named London has been vomiting for over 24 hours. She has no fever, is still attempting to drink water, and has urinated 5 times in 24 hours. The vomit is both liquidy and foamy with some particles but no discernible food. She chewed on her older brother's rawhide, is a Shorkie weighing 4 lbs, and is hesitant to eat. She has vomited at least 8 times, had soft stool once yesterday morning, and hasn't pooped since. Is it time to take her to the vet?

My 9-year-old mini poodle, Sully, was diagnosed with diabetes two months ago and has been taking Vetsulin (3.5 units bid). Since then, he has lost weight, hair, and gone completely blind. His vet suspects Cushing's disease and is waiting for test results. Should I seek a second opinion, and is there something else the vet might be missing?
