A bump suddenly appeared on my 10-year-old terrier mix's head above his left eye. He didn't hit anything, and it's not impacting his eye. The bump is hard and not painful, and he's acting normally. Has the dog been licking or rubbing the bump? What could be causing this bump, and what should I do?

My dog, Angel, a 2.5-year-old 26-pound dog, ate 3-6 small purple grapes about an hour ago and has since vomited up all her food, including what looked like two or three grapes. She vomited on her own about 5 minutes ago and there was also a lot of grass in the vomit. She is currently laying at my feet without any other symptoms. What should I do?
