My dog, Maximus, a 2-year-old Rottweiler, has been eating less and less over the past few days and is now not interested in eating at all, not even treats. He is still drinking water, but his activity level has declined significantly. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog has had lesions on his paw pads since early September, which have mostly healed after changing his behavior. However, I recently noticed new areas of concern behind the main paw pads on both hind legs, covered in a thick brown scab/crust. Should I continue to clean these areas with chlorhexidine and apply isaderm, and how often should this be done?

My dog hurt his lower spine on Friday morning. He can walk on his back legs but hasn’t urinated or defecated since then (28 hours). He has been given anti-inflammatory and painkillers.
