My dog, Rudy, is rapidly losing weight, going from 22 lbs in November 2022 to 15 lbs now. He has been to the vet 7 times, eats fine most of the time but has water diarrhea, and doesn’t drink differently. What could be causing this weight loss, and what should I do?

My 8-year-old Pomeranian, Daphne, has been experiencing diarrhea with blood, and vomiting that started about 24 hours after drinking salt water at a dog beach. She is about 12 lbs, seems a little lethargic, and has vomited 3 times in the past couple of days. She has no known underlying medical issues and is not on any medications or supplements.
