Can laser surgery help with tracheal collapse in my 13-year-old pug, Spirit, who is on medications for an enlarged heart and experiences coughing off and on all day and night? She has a good appetite but has difficulty in cold, dry weather, and we are using a humidifier at home.

My old Staffy suddenly started hopping on 3 legs, lifting his back leg and unable to walk on it. I've checked the leg and didn't find any broken bones, and he didn't yelp or make any noises.
