Hello. I have a 2 lb Yorkie named Bitsy who is 13 years old. She is panting, her nose seems a little warm, and she’s panting longer than she normally does. She has been coughing after drinking water and has a skin condition from a flea bite 2 years ago. What could be causing her panting and is there anything I can do at home to help her?
