Hello, my dog is moving from spot to spot pretty regularly and laying in weird locations. She was at the vet today, the vet said everything was good. Lungs perfect heart all of that. We took her to the vet because she did what we considered a reverse sneeze. The vet gave us some medicine to take home and give to her to help with it. Since taking it, she has been laying in spots for around 10 minutes max and then moving from spot to spot. What could be causing this behavior and should I be concerned?

My 15-year-old dog, Sandy, might have had a stroke. She has a head tilt to the left and is very weak, walking to the left as her head tilts. She is blind and has been laying on a pillow, not eating or drinking much. What could be the issue and should I take her to the veterinarian hospital?
