Hi, I have a 13-year-old rat terrier who has been experiencing bloating and runny stool for 10 days, which started after we changed his dog food. He's eating normally and drinking lots of water, and his color and capillary response are normal. What could be causing this and what treatment options are available?

My 7-year-old dog, Ebony, has been experiencing frequent episodes of licking lips, drooling, burping up clear fluid, gulping, snorting fluid through the nose, stretching her upper body, occasional reversed sneezing, and dry coughing. She has been on a grain-free diet with occasional treats and cooked meat, but recently switched to a different diet which seems to have worsened her condition. She has also been experiencing severe anxiety due to ice cracking off the house. What could be causing these symptoms and what can be done to help her?
