Hi, I just bought a dental water additive for my dog and she threw up the day after I used it. I just woke up in the middle of the night to her having another episode of vomiting (the second time in the span of 24 hours). Should I take her to the vet, or just monitor her because I know what caused her upset stomach?

Our 6-year-old pitbull, Rocco, had a mast cell tumor removed two weeks ago, and since then, he has developed hundreds of hives on his body. The vet has given him a prognosis of 6-12 months, but Rocco is still energetic and has gained weight. Could the hives be a reaction to the tumor removal rather than a sign of advanced cancer, and what holistic or medical approaches could help manage his condition?

My dog, Buttons, a 4-year-old Corgi, is hiding and avoiding me. She was fine after a grooming session but started hiding under my desk. She scooted her butt on the floor a couple of weeks ago, which was diagnosed as anal gland issues and expressed. Today, she wouldn't eat or drink until hand-fed and was scooting again, snapping at her back feet as if trying to reach her rear end. What could be causing this behavior, and what should I do?
