I think my 80 lb lab-boxer (approx. 8 yrs old) swallowed a 10 mg Nortriptolene pill. Will this pill cause her any harm being 80-90 lbs, and is there anything else I could do?

What can I look for if my dog drinks water and doesn't pee for almost 20 hours? My dog is a rescue and has been living with us for two years. He has been acting afraid and prefers to stay indoors lately. He is fed dry dog food with chopped chicken and a tablespoon of cottage cheese twice a day. His last vet appointment was fine.
