Can I give my 13-year-old overweight Dachshund named Reggie anything for vomiting before we can get to the vet? He started on a new bag of grain-free venison and legume dog food by TASTE OF THE WILD and has vomited 3-4 times today, but not in the last 3 hours. He weighs about 20 pounds and is experiencing some back issues. He is not having projectile vomiting, and I am adjusting his feeding schedule to once or twice per day.

Our dog, Colli, a 12-year-old Blue Merle, accidentally ingested some 'Alaska Fish Fertilizer' (5% nitrogen, 1% phosphate, 1% potash, and presumably fish-based). The bottle warns 'may be harmful if swallowed' but does not specify the severity. Should we take her to a vet immediately, or monitor her for any reactions?

Maddy, an 11.5-year-old lab mix, has an increased ionized calcium level, increased water consumption, and weight loss of 4 lbs. She was given steroids to decrease calcium levels, but tests for Cushing's disease came back negative, and x-rays are good. What could be causing these symptoms, and what further tests should be considered?

My dog ate a significant amount of Oreos (18 half of which were Rocky Road and half were Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie), and I'm also concerned about a hard tissue spot with a tiny scab on him. Should I be worried about potential toxicity or gastrointestinal upset, and is it okay to wait until his scheduled check-up on Tuesday to have the scab checked out?
