My dog is panting heavily, unable to get comfortable, and licking his bed. He's been on Deramaxx and Robaxin. What should I do?

I have a one-year-old female Boston Terrier with Demodectic Mange. The treatments with Ivermectin 1% and Amitraz (mitaban) dips were almost lethal. Can I use Interceptor (Milbemycin oxime) to treat her, and what is the dosage and duration? Is there anything else I should try?
