How much are baby male miniature dachshunds supposed to sleep day and night? I just bought him from a breeder on December 24th, and he sleeps all day and most of the night but is awake from 12 - 5am. His appetite is great, and there are no changes in his stool. We try to play with him, but he quickly tires and goes back to sleep. He has not eaten anything unusual, and his name is Izzo. He was born on November 10, 2020, and the breeder did three wormings and gave him one shot before we picked him up. We have an appointment with the vet on January 13th. We have been putting him in a crate each night, but he still wakes up early.

I just got a puppy named Max for Christmas. He is 9 weeks old and I feel his temperature is high. Whenever I give him wet food, his stool becomes watery. He eats puppy milk and biscuits fine, but any wet food causes this issue. He also drinks a lot and has a regular routine of playing, sleeping, and defecating.
