How much food should a medium-sized bull terrier cross red kelpie get? She is roughly 28 kilos and a few kilos overweight. She currently gets 1 680g tin of light dog food and about 300g of cooked veggies one day, then 2 1/2 cups of light biscuits and the same amount of veggies the next day. She is always hungry. What is a healthy amount for my dog?

Our dog threw up yellow mucus and food (apple slices) at 4:30 this morning and has continued vomiting small amounts since. The vomit has turned white and foamy, and recently contained red bloody mucus. She is acting lethargic and not eating/drinking. Could this be a reaction to the apple slices, or should we take her to the vet?
