My dog had a deep dental cleaning and is now pooping gel-like blood. He is a toy Yorkie, barely five pounds, and was kept at the vet longer than expected. His blood work was normal, but he is now lethargic and has been pooping a lot of gel-like blood since the procedure.

The vet prescribed tramadol and gabapentin, but my wife stopped giving them to him due to stomach upset. Jake is losing weight fast and becoming lethargic. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dog was given an oral flea medicine, Bravecto, 3 weeks ago and has not been the same since. He has completely stopped eating, and I've had to bring him for fluids multiple times. The vet did a liver bile acid test, and it's elevated at 35. They suggest an ultrasound to check for a liver shunt. I believe this is due to the medication. Is it possible the medication can cause liver damage, and should I be alarmed?

My large dog, Bunny, age 10, and possibly another dog, Jinks, age 11, got into a 13x9 glass pan of bar cookies (not chocolate) and ate them, leaving broken glass on the floor.
