My Morkie, Mackie, recently pooped with bright red blood and mucus. He has been eating grass and had taco meat (with seasoning) a couple of times in the last two weeks. No other symptoms are present. Should I withhold food for a while and then try a bland diet for a few days?

My dog chewed on the stem of a Boston ivy plant. The dog weighs 54 pounds, chewed about 1/2 inch of the plant but did not swallow it, and is 2 1/2 years old. What should I do if my dog experiences hypersalivation or other symptoms after chewing on the plant?

Hello, my small dog is having labored breathing. She had poor appetite and some weight loss. We gave her an OTC deworming medication about a week ago. Some of her symptoms improved a bit but her breathing is still not good. Does the dog also seem more tired than usual? Does the dog seem to be in any pain? What's the dog's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know before I connect you?

My dog, Titan (age 2, weighing 50-55lbs), got into some chocolate donuts while I was at work. I estimate he ate about 3-4 ounces of donuts from a 10.75-ounce bag. He hasn't vomited since, is high energy, and is acting normally. Should I be concerned about chocolate toxicity, and what should I do next?
