I adopted a Shorkie puppy for $350. The breeder gave me the puppy at 6 weeks old, provided the necessary shots, and advised me not to take the puppy to the vet until he was 4 months old. I trusted her as she mentioned her father was also a breeder. Three weeks later, the puppy died in my arms due to illness. I feel immense guilt for not taking him to a vet sooner, but I trusted the breeder's advice. Now, I live in a high-rise apartment and would like to adopt another lap dog, preferably small and potty-pad trained, and take the puppy outdoors during spring and summer. I am on disability, home 24/7, and would give the puppy unconditional love. I am heartbroken and alone, missing my previous puppy dearly. However, small dogs are expensive, and I saved for 2 months just to get my previous puppy. If I could adopt a puppy in need, it would be the best Christmas gift. Please advise, I am desperate.

Lily, a 6-year-old chihuahua, has mucous and traces of blood in her stool, and the whites of her eyes are red. Is she having any vomiting? Is she feeling sick other than the abnormal stools?

I have a 14-year-old Pomeranian. She had all her upper teeth removed but still has an infection in the bone. Her vet wants to put her on antibiotics for 6 months. She is also going in today for a second dental vaccine and this antibiotic. I was wondering if there is a natural antibiotic I can give her instead of the antibiotic. She has taken colloidal silver in the past as well as other supplements and is on an organic dog food diet.

I have two Staffordshire Bull Terriers, one male and one female. I am on benefits and cannot afford to get them both spayed. Can I get help with this, and if so, how much help can I get? I cannot have them living with me anymore otherwise, as they are driving me crazy.

My Staffordshire is sneezing violently, shaking his head, and bleeding from his nose, especially during strong sneezes. He was first noticed with this issue while outside in the garden. He is more quiet lately, drinks water, eats but not as well, and does not have a fever. What could this be and can someone help me?
