I am a guardian owner of a two-year-old Bernadoodle who has given birth to her third litter in the last 14 months. This was an unwanted pregnancy, and she mated with one of her own pups from her first litter. The owner (breeder) gave her an 8-day course of dexamethasone to terminate the pregnancy, but she later gave birth to 10 pups. My concern is the health of these pups, considering the interbreeding and the use of steroids during the early stages of gestation. In your opinion, are these pups likely to be healthy, or should they be euthanized due to potential health issues?
