Hi, I have a 7.5 year old rescue dog, Arlo, who is mixed breed. He just had an episode, the third since we adopted him 3.5 months ago. He stops what he’s doing and freezes in some sort of awkward position (this time had one paw in air, one leg bent). Starts shaking very very hard. His whole body is vibrating. He licks his lips repeatedly. Lasts 10 minutes or so. I’m holding him now and he’s still shaking. We brought it up to a vet after the first time and she wasn’t concerned. But this is definitely weird and I don’t know if we should go to the vet right now.

My 11-year-old Shitzu, Bentley, has been struggling with sneezing, congestion, and itching for months. He's had three rounds of antibiotics with moderate improvement, but symptoms return a few days after each round. He's been eating and drinking normally, no fever, and has been licking and scratching his skin. I've tried Benadryl, which mildly helps. What could be causing his symptoms, and what can be done to ease them?
