I believe my dog, Clark, a 3-year-old husky/beagle mix, has an ear infection. His regular vet cannot see him for a week and a half, and no other vets in the area can see him before we go out of town this weekend. His right ear was beet red and had a brownish sticky discharge, but he isn't scratching or showing lethargy or digestive symptoms. Does this service offer virtual vet consultations and, if necessary, prescriptions?

My Australian Cattle Dog, Callie, has multiple small bumps near the lash line of both eyes, slightly worse on the left. The bumps do not seem to be scratched, and there is no redness or discharge. This has happened before and resolved on its own within a week, but this time it's a bit worse. What could be causing these bumps, and what can I do to help?
