My dog Prince has swollen and red eyes for over a month. We are currently homeless and I have no money to take him to a vet. What can I do to help him?

My 11-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Titan, has had blood in his stool since 1/2/23, with a recurrence on 1/4/23. He is alert, coherent, and has an appetite, but has had diarrhea with blood spots. He hasn't vomited today but did try once on 1/2/23. He eats a mix of Royal Canine wet foods and Fresh Pet for small breeds. He had a wellness check within the last 6 months and was diagnosed with the start of a heart murmur. What could be causing the blood in his stool and what should I do?

My dog ate a good part of a half-pound Reese's cup. He is around 50-60 pounds and ate the chocolate about 2-3 hours ago. I gave him hydrogen peroxide mixed with water but he hasn't vomited yet. Should I be concerned?
