My 4-year-old Rottweiler, Sheesh, has two equally swollen testis, won't eat, and developed these symptoms today. My other dog is in heat, and we separated them yesterday. I think I may have given my 12-year-old Maltese named Gino a double dose of phenobarbital 16.2 mg. He became lethargic, out of balance, and had seizures over a 35-hour period. He hasn't been able to go up or down steps and is disoriented since the seizures stopped. I am concerned about brain cell damage. What should I do?
