I found a soft, movable lump on my dog's skin behind his front right shoulder. It's about the size of a quarter and about 1/4 of an inch thick. I'm concerned it might be a tumor. What could this lump be, and what should I do next?

My husband gave our dog, Bella, an Aleve pill because she was in a lot of pain after possibly being bitten by something. Since then, she has been throwing up a lot. The vomit is liquidy with little bits of food. She has vomited quite a bit last night and today. What should we do?
