I found some leaves from a Wine and Roses Weigela inside the house. I have two dogs and am concerned if they ate some of the leaves. I can't find any information about this plant being toxic or non-toxic for dogs. Is there any way to determine whether or not a Weigela is safe for dogs?

My dog has been hacking and acting like he wants to vomit for several hours. He vomited a small amount of red mucus and earlier today, a larger amount of white and green mucousy stuff.
