My 4 and a half month old puppy, weighing about 30 lbs, accidentally ingested 3 Benadryl tablets (25mg each). She took them about 15 minutes ago and has not vomited yet. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

She chewed on the cockroach motel but I'm unsure how much bait she consumed. She is currently acting normal without any signs of sickness. What should I do?

I'm watching a 6-year-old lab pit mix named Kodak. I gave him an edible chew toy, and he has vomited three times, with the third time being foamy. His back leg also shakes randomly. The vomit contained food initially but was just foam the third time. He ate the chew toy around 4pm and started vomiting around 8pm. He's currently sleeping and wagging his tail. What should I do?
